User Inspector is not displaying any information in non local worlds

Describe the bug?

When opening a user inspector in a non-modded instance of resonite, no information is displayed except while in a local or home world owned by myself which then it displays but the u.i. is broken. Other users are having the same issue too, where it works in their local or home world but not in others worlds.

To Reproduce

Join a world not owned by you and ensure you have builder. Pull out a developer tooltip, click create new, go into the editor tab, and select user inspector. Upon spawning, the inspector will be empty, but if done in your own local world or home world, it will work but have a broken u.i that has non functional buttons and overlapping issues.

Expected behavior

The user inspector should function normally, the u.i. should not be broken, and the inspector should work in all worlds that you are allowed permissions in, as it has in the past. This has been a recent issue following the settings and menu changes.

Additional Context

The inspectors did work prior to recent u.i. and inspector updates, but im not exactly sure when it stopped working, I have only noticed recently as I was trying to use it to get a user ID and it was not working, and I have not tried it in a while.

No mods on my client nor the other parties involved including sonako and mahi who I have tested it with so far. Also, if I join my own headless using a world that is tied to my account it also does not work, and I do not have mods on the headless either.

I've seen this issue happen in Ryuvi's headless world. I believe they said that the data feed still works but the inspector is broken.

I have seen this issue as well, specifically I've seen it on headless sessions. I can confirm it happens without mods, though I haven't tested with normal sessions yet. I'll try to do that if I get a chance
