camera portal behaves weirdly inside of userspace #1980

Describe the bug?

I wanted to use a camera portal inside of userspace as part of a facet. but for some reason it renders really weirdly in a way that I don't understand.

To Reproduce

Create a portal using the devtool create new menu, and get it into your userspace. It will then render in weirdly.

Expected behavior

It renders everything without issues.

Can you please provide screenshots/reference material for what it looks like? How is it weird?

Here's screenshots of me lining up a portal setup in worldspace and userspace, and they are very different. The userspace one is really weird. it has an angle and position which doesn't really make sense and it looks like it has a massive clipping plane.
