3 months ago This would probably be better handled implicitly by #1119, @epicEaston197. In future- specific inventory items, and datafeeds of types of items, e.g. avatars could be made into facets which could be mounted on the dash, or the new facet anchors.
I don't think introducing a discreet button for this purpose using the existing UI is a good idea/worth the development time right now.
If you need to keep commonly used avatars accessible- I'd recommend keeping them in an easily accessible location like the root of your inventory for now.

Sometimes navigating my inventory to my favorite avatar to click on it and click equip can be really annoying to do because of how often I need to do it because of normal session chaos

A button somewhere to equip your favorited avatar (this is a way more convenient way of equipping your favorite avatar without needing to navigate through folders takes way less clicks to execute)
Describe alternatives you've considered
your favorited avatar is a cloud variable I don't know how exactly this works but maybe you could call it in some way
