This exists as a couple of Resonite Bot commands, which you can use by messaging the Resonite account on your contacts list, @ProfessorDey.

Otherwise- as noted- better management, and identification of where your assets are stored, and what is taking up your storage space would be better handled by other features like the inventory UI rework down the line.

One of the issues with having limited storage space is an inability to tell at a glance what specifically is eating up your storage and the source thereof, be it: by folder, by asset type, or whether it's your asset or someone else's being counted against you because you used it elsewhere, for example.
Describe the solution you'd like
Having a clear data breakdown ingame would make inventory management choices much clearer and easier. Catergorised pie charts or just a sorted list would be extremely useful for this.
Describe alternatives you've considered
I'm aware from a Prime Office Hours session that there's an email based option, though I'm not clear where to find that. He stated it may be possible to use that same data ingame, so ideally that would be considered in the rework #1119
