Undo command can undo yourself #2203

Describe the bug?

If you spawn an avatar, equip it from the world, and then immediately hit undo you delete your avatar and get yourself stuck in an unusual state of non-existence.

To Reproduce

Spawn an avatar from your inventory Enter the avatar Undo Spawn

Expected behavior

Some form of a user persisting, I'm not entirely sure. Denying the undo action, dropping the user back into the head and hands avatar, or simply forcing the user to respawn are the three options that make the most sense to me.

Seeking input from @ProbablePrime - if it's an easy tweak, it'd be nice if the undo step for spawning an avatar could be removed if the avatar is equipped.
