Move "use imperial units" to profile settings under "User Metrics" #2298

Currently if a user is trying to edit their height they go to their profile settings just to find out that it's in metric so they have to go to user interface then go to the locale settings and turn on "use imperial units" this is really inconvenient

Move "use imperial units" to profile settings under "User Metrics" image image

I'd think a better option would be inclusion of some settings under multiple headings/categories, or otherwise, other issues which improve navigating/finding particular settings, e.g. #1694.
