Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently, whenever i want to find an item from a public folder, I have to navigate through layers of sub-menus to get to the Item I want, and I have to repeat that every time I leave that menu to get something else.

Describe the solution you'd like

I suggest a feature to allow users to favorite public folder items. these items can appear in a special "favorites" folder that references these public folders. sub folders can also be created within the favorites for further organization if desired.

Describe alternatives you've considered

the only other option right now is to save items to the personal inventory, which causes the item to take up cloud storage space.

Would potentially be covered by #1119

Being able to pull inventory items out as data feed facets would be really nice

A downside of this currently would be that items in someone else's public folder can be deleted by them at any time so items someone 'favorited' in this manner with how the inventory currently works could just disappear. Saving a copy to your own inventory guarantees that the item will remain available.

I get that. I understand that saving it on your cloud garuntees it exists. I don't have the money to pay for cloud space right now so i'd prefer to have references to items that aren't garunteed then to waste my cloud storage on items i don't really need.
