Stick drift input continues when switching to desktop mode in vr hotswitch mode #2409

Describe the bug?

If a controller input when switching to desktop mode from VR mode remains active until switching back to VR and 'clearing' the input.

To Reproduce

This can be reproduced by the following steps with VR Hotswap active:

  1. while in VR mode, push your control forward to walk
  2. while still walking, remove the VR headset
  3. when you let go of the controller, the 'walk' will continue until you re-enter VR mode and 'clear' the input.

Expected behavior

Ideally, when switching from VR to desktop or back, all controller input should reset/clear.

This isn't stick drift specifically it is any generic VR input If it's active it will persist when switching to desktop mode
