Homepage button text disappears at certain aspect ratios #2431

Describe the bug?

When using screen mode on my 1280x1024 monitor (it's the only one I can fully see from my bed) the dash's homepage totally fails to render text. (This is a 5:4 aspect ratio, but the game window is 1280x961 since I maximised it and don't use fullscreen.) Attached is a screenshot of the issue.

To Reproduce

  1. Run the game in screen mode.
  2. Set the window size to 1280x961. (An easy way to recreate this is, under Windows 10, setting one of your monitors to 1280x1024, and then maximising a normal window of the game)
  3. Open your dash and go to the home page. You should not be able to see the buttons' text.

Expected behavior

The text should be visible.

Additional Context

This issue does NOT occur if I stretch the window, confirming that it is a scaling issue This issue ONLY occurs on the home page of the dash. The other pages render correctly.

This is a content issue- relabelling accordingly.

Seeking input from @AegisTheWolf @RyuviTheViali and @RueShejn - it seems that the default home screen facets do not scale well at certain resolutions / aspect ratios.
