Mouse Position Reports off by One On One Axis

Describe the bug?

The Mouse Position protoflux node currently goes from 0 to (WIDTH-1) on the X axis, and 1 to HEIGHT on the Y axis. This would seem to indicate an off by one on either axis.

To Reproduce

• Create a Mouse Position node
• UI focus on something and move your mouse between screen corners

Expected behavior

Either the X axis is off by 1 or the Y axis is off by 1, but both should start from the same value.

Can confirm this (on windows at last) Width starts at 0 and goes up to resolution-1 Height starts at 1 and goes up to the resolution
