I got something mindblowing for ya, the functionality is there in a way if you grab the component on the top of the worker inspector(the same inspector that spawns when you open link/drive) with a dev tool and hit "open inspector".

Granted this is a bit out of the way but very very useful even when lacking a direct context menu option.

There's no "Open Slot" option for me in those conditions however I do see that "Open Inspector" does it with any held component, though not much would suggest that that function exists which makes it just a useful 'trick' to know and I would assume most wouldn't pick up on it without being told.

Oh! Corrected it, I misremembered the context menu name, but yeah it is out of the way but just a good thing to know lacking a more intuitive menu option that your suggesting.

This issue shares a common root issue with #608 and #2067 which is instead requesting a button on the worker inspector itself to open the slot the component is on.

In 2024.7.24.1106 a button was added to the worker inspector as requested in #608. Does this meet your needs here, @MahSandwich?

Whilst it is a working solution, the direct option in the context menu would be rather conventient if it's not troublesome to add. It would be fewer clicks and one less panel to open in the process. Thanks!

We can leave this issue open for future consideration then, thank you.
