Make ValueRadio a generic button interactions component and move it out of the UIX category #3002

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

ValueRadio is a useful component for simplifying UI setups but is currently located in the UIX components subfolder despite the fact that it works just fine as a generic button input component

Move ValueRadio<T> into Common UI > Button Interactions

Components can exist in more than one category if more than one category is relevant / applicable.
