Local Database Migration #338

I don't currently have a good way to migrate all of my local content.

Describe the solution you'd like

I'd like local file migration to be supported in the Migration tool, so that worlds and items within my Neos Local are also accessible in Resonite.

Describe alternatives you've considered

I believe there is a LocalContent plugin that I may try. When I do I'll report back.

Additional Context

I keep a lot of my Neos worlds locally in order to save on cloud space, and I try to only save to the cloud when I need to share or want to publish something publicly.

This is done by:

  1. Create new world
  2. Save
  3. While the save world orb is present, switch to my local home world
  4. Click Save here.

I have an extensive local database because of this and would like to have a way to be able to migrate this archive to Resonite.

Local storage was provided by a mod and is unlikely to be supported here, your best bet is probably to ask for help from the mod author instead.

I'm not asking for help with the plugin. This is a core feature of Neos and Resonite. I only mentioned the plugin as a possible workaround.
