Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Basically same functionality there is for Leap motion users, but via Quest's Optical Hand Tracking. Alternatively supporting OpenXR's XR_EXT_hand_tracking Extension to support other headsets as well.

Full skeletal hand tracking for Quest Users.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Mods, Websockets.

XR Elite also using this features with full face tracker, and "SRAnipal" features now disabled. -> make a issue. this problem and this issue is bit related, but different issue.
