Ability to gift people Patreon tiers like the 1$ one

This is needed because some people can't use patreon Alternative Steam payments work and aren't sanctioned so you could add support for getting tiers via Steam payment

Creating multiple Patreon accounts and then somehow linking then to the persons ingame account

I feel it is related to #497

And right now we have inventory space sharing, but from what I know only very high tier patrons ($75 and up) can use this feature. If this was accessible to every tier, then even someone with a measly 5G would be able to gift a gig or two.

Personally, I'm at $10 tier more to support the project on the level I'm comfortable with right now and get the Headless access, not for extra space. So I have that free space just laying there and no idea what to do with it.

We'd definitely want to offer gifting options, but I don't think we can do it through Patreon, because of how Patreon works - you cannot purchase two tiers there, one for yourself and one for another user.

It would need to be something that Patreon would need to support.

We are looking into options like Stripe, which might allow us to do the gifting.
