Add option to automatically set up RenderTransformOverride during avatar setup, similar to VRChat's behavior

Many users complain about being able to see their face, clipping, etc, especially users migrating from VRChat.

Describe the solution you'd like

Now that we've introduced the RenderTransformOverride, a checkbox could be added to the avatar setup to automatically configure this component to mirror that familiar behavior, where the user's head is shrunk only for themselves, but not in mirrors, cameras, etc. Many users do like being able to see their snout, for example, so this should be an optional checkbox

Describe alternatives you've considered

Users can set this up on their own, however this should be part of the default setup flow, as avatar setup is not something that requires being an experienced user or knowledge of working with inspectors

This would also help users who try to set the RenderTransformOverride themselves using some examples found in Discord or just word-of-mouth, but fail to set it up properly, getting some weird behaviours.

This could be a useful feature to implement whenever the avatar creator itself gets overhauled. The entire process could probably stand to be streamlined/simplified a fair deal.
