Allow sideways mousewheel scrolling in desktop mode #966

In desktop mode, ScrollRects can only be scrolled horizontally by dragging the cursor and not with the scroll wheel

Describe the solution you'd like

While not holding anything, shift+scroll should scroll sideways on ScrollRects, if possible

Also, remember that there are mice with scroll wheels that go horizontal, usually as balls or a sideways clicking mechanism.

there is a decent chance those work out of the box actually

just checked, they do! But the direction appears to be reversed in comparison to other apps
