MOE lacking maintainers for a while, but I'm back :) #448

Hi everyone, Sorry I/MOE have been unresponsive for so long! I was part of a startup, SigOpt (www.sigopt.com), for a while which left me with no time/energy for keeping up with this open source... and then I was taking a break from coding & technical things for a while after I left SigOpt.

Now I'm hoping to spend some more time supporting MOE and its users, starting with the backlog of questions & hopefully moving into code maintenance and dev work. Thanks for bearing with me :)
