No module named build.GPP #472

Hi there, I have been trying to run a project which is built upon the MOE there is an error showing that import moe.build.GPP as C_GP ImportError: No module named build.GPP I am under MOE/moe/optimal_learning/python/cpp_wrappers/gaussian_process.py I check the file and there is no build file under moe. What should I do?
