Running unit tests produces empty violations.sqlite file #276

Seems like maybe catbox is not cleaning up after itself? After running unit tests, I end up with a 0-byte file called "violations.sqlite" in the main directory of my project.

Blame it on @astephen2. This change (pulled just this moment) fixes it https://github.com/Yelp/Testify/pull/272/files

Will appear in 0.5.6 at indeterminate date.
