Try fixing py27 builds on travis by restricting pyrsistent version #466

I'll have to iterate on this PR since I can't reproduce the issue locally. I'm not sure this will work as tox probably installs the local project first - let's give it a try though.

Coverage remained the same at 96.344% when pulling 38d56b9c9be461e3a9ced7f1a8711a190eba2c18 on fix-py27-builds into 7d6139ee95c9b6cdb1e66c89b91278982979076f on master.
