Add SSL support, bump Jinja 2 for flask 1.0 #64

The code crashes with an Exception otherwise when run on AppEngine or the dev appserver.py. I'm also bumping Jinja2 to the latest version as flask 1.0 is not compatible with Jinja2 < 2.10.
