Updated all tabs to 4 spaces

Changed tabs to spaces in order for formatting to look better. Also changed formatting of comment to put "/**" on its own line.

Can you test this by comparing the parcelgen output to the output of our formatter and confirm that it's mostly the same now?

I have updated the script such that it matches our format almost exactly. the only difference is in the constructor declaration, the generated file puts all variables on one line, whereas the formatter puts the arguments on the following lines when the line length is too large.
