Custom Sensu Handlers to support a multi-tenant environment, allowing checks themselves to emit the type of handler behavior they need in the event json
Since I'm sure non-Yelp people use this repo, it'd be nice to allow them to configure their runbooks, tips, and teams to not be the Yelp specific ones. I'm pretty sure "talk to kwa" isn't much use outside Yelp ;)
