@Moh-BOB could you please try signing up at https://www.yelp.com/developers/v3/manage_app with a different browser (i.e. firefox, IE...)?
Sorry, I just tested with Firefox. I got the same fail messages as with chrome.
@Moh-BOB this is an issue with signing up for a yelp.com account rather than specifically a Yelp Fusion developer account (which you will be able to do at https://www.yelp.com/developers/v3/manage_app once your Yelp.com user account is created and verified).

I'm having the same exact issue. Chrome + Safari.
Yes. Its the fact that YELP is watching the IP address and when more than one person logs in it throws up that Joke of a Bot Challenge page. If you are at a school or business with a single IP for that business.... This will happen. And a real I.T. guy would know that and write a working BOT challenge instead of the Dead End page we see.

It display message like Are you a human? Please complete the bot challenge below.
And there is no Captcha verification display when I try login with google.

Same problem over here trying to sign in, not signing up. I tried using different IP-addresses, Safari, Chrome and Firefox but can't get it to work either.
I tried using VPN i.e. change my IP to CANADA and now its all setup try changing the IP using VPN it may worked !!!
Use a VPN. Change the location to America. Now it is working for me.
I'm able to log in when I use VPN and set to USA

I just tried again, it is working fine for me (on Chrome Version 83.0.4103.116) without any VPN. Try to change browser, or to update Chrome.
I aslo have the issue, i tried to login with opera browser (builtin VPN) but doesnt work.
in Chrome use Hola VPN and use USA Location it Will Work .

Hi All, I was facing the same issue. Only solution I found is, In opera, Enable VPN and then you can able to SignIn/ Signup [To enable VPN in Opera:

Hi, I'm having trouble when attempting to create an account on : https://www.yelp.com/login. Even when attempting to connect with Facebook/Google+, it doesn't work for me. I get each time the following messages:
- "Are you a human? Please complete the bot challenge below." //(but the bot challenge is not visible)
Or,"Oops, Yelp is overworked right now //(when validating the new account form)".
This problem persists for me since a month.
Please can anyone help me ?
