Hi i am currently using Sales Force platform and i would like to know what the options are for integrating with the Yelps "Request a Quote" feature as shown in the attached file

Basically what i would like to do is whenever i receive a message from Yelp, the message syncs to my salesforce account and then from there i can conversate back and forth with the customer messaging me
