Power Computations from Original ZENCO Model #1

Hi,

I hope this finds you well. I was looking at the original ZENCO paper (Yang & Ho 2021), and I was curious how you were able to compute the statistical power using ZENCO, and how you were able to compare this with the other methods (i.e. non ZINB, TLA, and CNM). I began looking at the original ZENCO repository, but I found that the scDECO is the complete one.

If at all possible, could you direct me to where I can find how to go about computing the power in this manner, as per the paper suggests?

Thank you in advance!

Hi Zach,

I have attached the code used to generate the power curve to this email.

best regards, Anderson
