[FIX][16.0]mail_parser: Fix duplicate message creation #4

Instead of creating the record in the _mail_parser_custom we change the value dictionnary and let the normal flow apply with new values. We also deal with unique values and change the thread value FIX https://github.com/Yenthe666/mail/issues/3
