clipper -h #83

i successfully installed the clipper,when i run "clipper -h ",i got this problem "Segmentation fault (core dumped)",i reinstalled it again,but problem is same as before,what should i do to figure this out?

I got the same problem (Ubuntu 20.04, python 3.7.7)
