error in Readme #22

The Readme says:

Or, run the workflow using cwl in its native context: cwltool wf_get_peaks_pe_scatter.cwl paired_end_clip.yaml cwltool wf_get_peaks_se_scatter.cwl single_end_clip.yaml

There is no such file as wf_get_peaks_pe_scatter.cwl. If I change it to wf_get_peaks_scatter_pe.cwl with the full path I still get errors.

Could not load extension schema http://schema.org/docs/schema_org_rdfa.html: ('http://schema.org/docs/schema_org_rdfa.html', InvalidCodepoint("Codepoint U+002E at position 3 of u'ma.org' not allowed",)) ...

Hi there,

I've been running the pipeline the past couple of days and it looks like the new link "https://schema.org/version/latest/schema.rdf" 404s out, unfortunately.
