• Interactive Dimensionality reduction
  • [ ] Expression cutoff slider
  • [ ] More dimensionality reduction algorithms (https://github.com/YeoLab/flotilla/issues/97), as options (tSNE for example)
  • [x] Plot outliers and pooled on PCA/dimensionality reduction
  • [ ] Bokeh/mpld3 for hovering over cells to get their labels and not have to wait for a new image to get rendered.
  • But how to deal with PDF saving? I don't know

• [ ] Mapping stats plot
• [ ] Outlier detection, maybe interactive?
• [ ] Clustered heatmap, depends on me getting clustered heatmaps into seaborn (https://github.com/mwaskom/seaborn/pull/230)
• [ ] Add "add1" option for expression data, e.g. if the input is raw expression'
• [ ] Expression normalization (interactive, with PCA/dimensionality reduction?)
• [ ] Interactive classification (k-means, PhenoGraph from Pe'er lab)
