If you download the source tar.gz file on PyPI, you only get the flotilla folder and nothing else:

➜  flotilla-0.2.2 git:(master) ✗ ls
PKG-INFO          README.rst        flotilla          flotilla.egg-info setup.cfg         setup.py

There's some way to include the other files using the setup.cfg file, but what do we want to include?
