Another thing about this is, it would be great to have Talkback realize if
Google TTS didn't say anything and then read results automatically

I think that this is a bigger and more general issue: It should be possible to
somehow educate or tell TalkBack to keep quiet in certain environments. - Of
course with the option to wake up TalkBack.

Talk Back talking over Google Voice Search/Google Now should no longer be an
issue. It got better for a while, but its even worse then before. Do you Know
how many blind people use Siri with none of these issues on a Iphone. (now
people don't give me shit about what's better Siri, or Google Search/NOw. I'm
talking about the interaction between Talk Back and Voice Search, Compared with
the interaction between Voice Over and Siri Voice Command, Voice Dictation,
and Voice Search makes android so much more productive and easy for us a blind
person to use. So PLEASE FIX the following issues
1. Make Talk Back shut the hell up when conducting a VOICE SHARCH OR VOICE
DICTATION!!!! Their should be no reason why talk back should be talking over
those actions.
2. Most recently in voice search, in the middle of when the phone is listening
for your query talk back will say "GOOGLE search" this will mess with my search
50 percent of time and produce the wrong result. If it has to say "GOOGLE
SEARCH" please fix it to say it either before the tone to let you know to speak
your query, or after the tone to let you know it is no longer listening.
3. Fix Talk Back talking over a 2 or part query. for example: me "Call John
Smith" google "Mobile or home" at this point I'm supposed be able to say
"mobile" but of coarse "Talk Back start to read what's on the screen" This
make Voice search not undersand me and breaks everything.
