Sound core flood #16

When the core is equipped, there is a sound spam that is only audible to other players. This may be due to some other mod, but I am writing this just in case, until the exact cause is identified to say for sure. https://youtu.be/lkLYvs9MCyM

I fixed the issue. The next Version (0.7.4) will be released either today or tomorrow fixing that error.
