Similar to WakaTime, we can track time spent in #voice-chat-wip by creating entries for users when they join the VC (setting the start time) and complete it by setting the end time when the user leaves again.
Eventually these entries can be used for statistics; these are not included in this issue however.

Also in Watch Me Work and Speaking? I could imagine it could pose the risk of people who are not productive (like idle watchers of someone productive with no ill intent) collecting time. With #198 this would be at least partially mitigated because the rest of the server is unavailable while in there making it slightly less attractive to "cheating".
