After some feedback on the page the searchbar was by far the biggest topic; this PR incorporates some of the feedback to improve it lots!

• chore: improve chromatic build speed
• fix: improve distinction between hover and selected in toggl button
• fix: increase spacing between search bar and pills
• fix: increase horizontal padding for toggle buttons
• feat: improve searchbar UX
