Fixes the bug requring --impure and automates the certificate generation, timezone setting and IP detection process for the FastAPI-DLS podman container.

This completely flew under my radar, sorry! I went ahead and moved your changes to the development branch, I'll only get a chance to test, review the README and move them to master sometime next month tho, thanks a lot!
