[Suggestion]: is there a way to increse the pasive skills and non passive if not would it be possible to add?

add a way to incresse the skill slots so u could have 4 pasive or more and maybe the active ones too

bcs lets say some one makes a addon if not existent rn and a modpack maker wants to make the player be able to use more then 3 at the same time the he cant .. balance aside the modpack creator can disable stuff to balance shit if he desides to increse the cap
