Child of Issue #69 - High level categories with collapsible sub-task lists

Building on the task list requested in Issue #69, having the ability to set High level categories that can be collapsed to hide or show sub tasks, would be helpful to have.

Note that style of text, behavior of tasks and sub tasks, are open to whatever is possible as the mockup is just a visual mockup to show the behavior and ordering of this feature

This is interesting, and I see potential here. Need to think more about this, we could have built-in tasks, or we could sync with some other systems that focus mainly on tasks, we could do some kind of integration.
