When creating a new vault from a folder, replace the .obsidian/ folder with a symbolic link to the cloud config folder.

Elevated right are required to create symbolic links. Therefore start an elevated terminal to run the one command.

Instead of symbolic linking the entire .obsidian folder, individual config files are linked. The workspace layout is vault-specific.
