[bug] HelpInfo.json has been moved #11550

⁉️ Describe the bug

After update 5.1 to 5.2 + SP1 + SP2 + SP3 I noticed what all Context-sensitive help messages are missed. I don't really know at what step of updating this happens but I checked what HelpInfo.json file should be manually moved from /custom/languages/lang-lang/ to /custom/languages/lang-lang/Other/ as solution.

No help messages

👍 Expected Behavior

A tons of help messages
