[bug] Roundcube configuration settings are not saved. #12233

⁉️ Describe the bug

[bug] Roundcube configuration settings are not saved but pops up a confirmation saying "configuration was saved". But after refreshing the page, it goes back to default showing "ssl://imap.gmail.com" - after re-doing the configuration several times and getting confirmation every time "configuration saved" - I go to log in in using My mailbox, but the log in fails.

I realized that the problem resided with XAMPP server running in windows 10. I changed to WAMPP and reinstall - everything working now.
