Hi Team,

When ever I am trying to create ticket record from service contract related list page that time i am getting This error "" Illegal value has been entered for this field type. Field name: contracts_end_date, Module: HelpDesk, Value: 2020-01-09 "" I have attached video for your reference .

install Service Pack v19

I have installed Service Pack v19 but error not resolved. We can see this error in developer demo version please check this screenshot.

In screenshot 1 : I have changed date format from yyyy-mm-dd to dd-mm-yyyy. because of my company is using this format only (dd-mm-yyyy).
