Im testing the Yetiforce. did it suitable for my business or not. and found this issue. Admin users have access to my mailbox menu, but any nonadmin user didnt get the access to mailbox
Issue Closed. I logged in as admin. gone in settings. from permission>role disabled mymail and save it again enable it and save it. BINGO...! Problem solved. My mailbox is again visible in that user portal.
repeated the same in each user role.
Lesson Learned: Be cautious first create an user id in Yetiforce. if it allows the go ahead with password and other data things. before log in user account please make sure you have made email id of the same credentials from your host.
