[bug] Edit button missing on phones portrait #17415

⁉️ Describe the bug

There is no edit option on projects when a phone is turned on portrait. Landscape it appears on some phones and not others.

👎 Actual Behavior

Have to turn the phone landscape for it to show.

👍 Expected Behavior

Portrait to have the pencil to edit the projects as the landscape does.
