JabberNet-2.1.0.710.msi can`t be installed on Windows 8 Ent x64 #132

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Windows 8 Enterprise
2. Download MSI package
3. Try to install it

What is the expected output? 
Package is installed, developer is happy.

What do you see instead?
The first and last I see is error:
"Must be Windows 2000 or newer" and OK button.
Pressing OK returns to Setup wizard which can be just finished.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
JabberNet-2.1.0.710.msi

Windows 8 Enterprise x64-based PC (Windows 6.2, Build 9200).

Please provide any additional information below.

msinfo32 /nfo on request.

Some extra info.
Running MSI package using "Program Compatibility Troubleshooter" is helpful.
