Wrong time displayed at midnight in 24hr mode. #138

Time should display as 00:00 at midnight not 24:00

I have just logged into my home assistant on a computer that is on Australian Western Standard Time AWST(GMT+8) The card is displaying the same time as the computer AWST(GMT+8).

My Home Assistant instance is currently located in Tasmania Australian Eastern Daylight Time AEDT(GMT+11)

Does this card take the time from the device it is being used on? All my other cards displaying time are displaying the correct time of AEDT (GMT+11). The weather location should be where the time is set.
