counsel-bookmark new bookmark workflow broken #102

It should be possible with counsel-bookmark to create a new bookmark by typing a name until no existing bookmark name matches and then pressing return to define a new bookmark.

Recent changes in ivy-rich make harder to use because the name is not shown, and matching occurs on the bookmark path.

To fix this the bookmark name should be shown and matched on, and all other columns are for information only and not matched on.

Hi, I'm totally agree with you and I've added back the bookmark name column in the master branch. But unfortunately, matching highlight can not be controlled in ivy-rich side.
