Rarely, it can be observed that certain creeps will be attacked by multiple enemy creeps, but less creeps than are attacking (usually multiple) will have their attacks registered in LHP.lua per the dev teal attack time graph.
Can you cause the bug to happen by doing anything?
Observed only when a creep is getting swamped; when it is likely to be observed.
