[feature-request] Change pings for objetives

The "X" ping has a negative connotation, meaning it's dangerous or to avoid a location.

The regular "!" ping has a positive/attention connotation and should be used for desirable objectives, like runes/watchers/roshan.

Sorry for the flood of issues, I just catalogued what is missing from 7.33 map changes, so the issues can be referred to individually when following progress on these features.

This is fine, and I agree pings should not X towers for defense.
